Job Description:
1. Define the thermal architecture or solution for IP transport product, from single circuit board to the complex subrack, with regard to the engineering principle/standard and product requirement.
2. Define the mechanical architecture or solution for IP transport product out-door equipment, from single circuit board to the complex subrack, with regard to the engineering principle/standard and product requirement.
3. Implement the mechanical design using CAD tools and manage the design data (design spec, CAD data, drawings, BOM, etc).
4. Prototypes/models verification.
5. Thermal test and verification.
6. Support the product testing and manufacturing.
7. Work on all the thermal/mechanical related aspects/issues during the product design, test, manufacture and deployment.

Qualifications:
1. Education background: Bachelor or above in Mechanics, or equivalent
2. Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:
- 10+ years mechanical design or thermal design experience
- Familiar with thermal design process and simulation tool (Flotherm).
- Familiar with mechanical design process and CAD tool (Pro/E).
- Familiar with the material and finish, manufacturing process (sheet metal, die casting, plastic…)
3. General competencies:
- Proactive & Initiative,
- Good communication skills,
- Good team-work for cooperation
4. Language Ability: Fluent in both oral and written English;
5. Plus: Experience with telecom/IT product development is a plus.
