Position : 高级研究咨询师（Senior Research Consultant ）


职责：
－持续不断的积累对互联网以及所服务的客户的行业，品牌和产品的丰富认知；
－专长于某些行业的网络口碑和社区文化研究,不断整理相关领域的研究成果；
－深入了解和挖掘客户的新需求，设计和改进研究咨询服务方案,达成客户合作新意向；
－高质量完成各类研究报告，为客户提供各类非常有价值的咨询建议，帮助其营销战略策划；
－为客户提供深入，全面，优质的客户服务，独立解决各类客户服务管理上的问题；
--独立进行各类项目研究报告的演示，主动和客户一起讨论沟通研究成果和营销建议；
--参与多个不同行业客户的研究咨询服务和业务拓展，积极协助营销沟通活动；
- 指导助理分析师或分析师的研究和项目管理工作，协助项目团队的各类管理工作；
－全面掌握公司各类网络口碑分析技术及其原理，懂得灵活运用技术来满足客户需求；
－积极指导和参与网论资讯整理，行业研究等临时小组，或公司及团队的活动；

Job Description:
? Continually accumulate cognition in Internet media as well as served client industry/brand/product related information
? Specialty in certain industry's IWOM and online community culture research, unceasingly reorganizes the research results of related domain;
? Able to analysis and find clients ‘new requirement a, design and improve research plan and research consultation proposal in order to achieves new cooperation with clients
? Able to complete research project for clients on time with high quality independently, and can provide clients with valuable research suggestion according to the research results, and can help clients setup marketing strategy plan
? Able to provide thorough, comprehensive, high quality customer service, and is able solve all kinds of customer service management problems independently.
? Participate in all related project’ report presentation and communicate with clients about the research results as well as marketing suggestion initiatively
? Able to provide consulting and research service to clients as well as business development from different industries
? Able to provide instructions to assistant analyst or analyst's research and project management work as well as other supervisory work of each project team
? Understands IWOM techniques and principles and is capable of applying them to meet clients needs
? Participate in online information reorganization and industry research groups as well as join in company and team activities, assist marketing communication activities positively;


要求：

- 本科或以上学历，市场营销，企业管理，社会学，新闻学，心理学，广告学，电子商务，计算机信息系统等相关专业为佳；
- 至少拥有2-3年以上相关网络分析或市场研究经验和客户服务经验
- 对网络媒体及网络产业有深入了解，并有浓厚兴趣和持续的研究热情；
- 挚信好学，果敢坚韧，拥有优秀的团队协作能力和非常独立的解决问题的能力；
- 乐观积极，突破求新，勇于面对挑战，能承担高压力的工作，以结果为导向，责任心强；
- 优秀的研究分析和多项目管理能力，对自己的研究和咨询服务要求严谨，力求完美；
- 可以深入解读客户的各类需求，设计相应的研究和咨询服务方案，达成客户合作意向；
- 优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通表达能力，能用英语自如的拟写，演示，和推介研究成果；
- 良好的电脑应用能力，熟悉对电脑数据库和各类网络工具，熟练使用各类办公软件；
- 经常参与BBS论坛讨论，广泛使用各类网络社会化媒体，和持续撰写个人博客的优先；
- 有汽车、医药健康、金融服务、电子技术、计算机和信息通讯、软件开发、网络游戏、多媒体传播等行业研究背景者优先。

Requirements

? College degree or above, major in marketing, business management, sociology, journalism, psychology, advertising, e-commerce, computer information system preferred
? Possess more than 2-3 years of related network analysis or marketing research work and client service experience
? Have a good understanding and is interested in Internet media and Internet industry as well as enthusiasm in research
? Diligent with moral character, good team cooperation ability and communication skill as well as independent problem solving ability
? Able to innovate with breakthrough mindset, welcome challenges, can take on high pressure work, and use results as one’s assessment and take ownership;
? Excellent data analysis and multi-task management ability, possess strict expectations of one’s research and client service standards, strive to achieve top quality results
? Ability to understand thoroughly customer’s needs, design research and consulting service plan in order to achieve cooperation intension.
? Good speaking & writing skill in English can use English freely in writing, presentation and recommending research results preferred;
? Good computer application skill, understand basic database applications and familiar with statistic software is preferred.
? Regular participation in BBS forums, use network socialization media widely and Blog writing is a plus
? A quick learner with knowledge of the following industries (e.g. pharmaceutical, financial service, automobile, consumer electronics, Information Communication, Software Development, Online Gaming industries) is preferred.
