Position: Project Manager

Reporting to: Business Unit Production Manager

We′re looking for a Project Manager to lead one of our production team. In this position, you'll be responsible for  the delivery of localization solutions, mentoring and managing teams of experienced localization leads and engineers. The ideal candidate is a localization operations professional with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports sales team through developing effective project delivery solutions/proposals including quotas.

Completes project risk analysis and defines mitigation actions of the risks identified.

Creates (prepares internal version) of project plans and schedules based on client-specific requirements. Applies appropriate contingencies in planning and resourcing.

Creates and controls project budgets, does cost tracking, issues Purchase Orders and Invoices, approves work reports.

In line with project plans: organizes, assigns, measures and monitors work of his/her project team members. Ensures team's compliance with standards, practices and policies.

Monitor project progress to ensure the project is on track in terms of quality, delivery milestone and cost.

Proactively identify and solve problems.

Regularly monitor clients' satisfaction and take improvement actions.

Builds effective working relationships with peers on client side, within Unit as well as Moravia and co-operates with them to achieve unit operational, tactical and strategic goals with a certain level of independency.

If required, able to assistant line manager to train/coach junior project manager for problem-solving skills and independency.

If required, represents team's, Unit's and Moravia's subject matter expertise and experience on client meetings (and industry events).

REQUIREMENTS:

University degree

3+ years experience in Project management position or relevant is a big plus

Willingness to learn new things, be open to challenges, and thrive on success

Excellent positive service mind set

Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills

Excellent problem solving, analytical, organizational and presentation skills

Knowledge of Localization industry is advantage
