geographical scope : Greater China: China, Taiwan

Function Scope: Telecom Sourcing, Access Circuits

Report to: Head of North Asia sourcing

Main Activity: be Responsible for quotation related to Telecom Sourcing in Greater China and provide sourcing expertise on this scope.

Job Description:

Be responsible for all quotation & request in WebALc for China and Taiwan

-ensure all request be replied within LTQ

-Negotiate with Great China Carriers for good commercial term

-Negotiates competitive cost solution from carries and feedback to stakeholder for bids

Implement sourcing strategy for China & Taiwan

– Support elaborate sourcing strategy with Telco buyer following “7” step process

- Actively feedback internal stakeholders needs;

-Actively feedback commercial performance of carriers

– Involving commercial negotiation with suppliers (pricing, commercial clauses of the contracts,) ;

– Monitor business trends with Telco for each carriers and ensure implement sourcing strategy in daily quotation

- Support implement cost reduction KPI

Maintain & manage relationship with carriers

– support supplier owner for regular business reviews, follow supplier business with and without Orange, tracks supplier's performance

–Participate actively to market & supplier performance monitoring (operation performance )

-Contributes to Partnership activity in case such Supplier's governance is managed by the Partnership Entity

-maintain relationship with carriers in daily quotation

Support China & Taiwan Auto quotation implementation

-monitor auto quotation performance and report issue

-Contribution for tool improvement continuously

Skill & Requirement

-Good English in both writing and oral

-Sourcing and procurement experience ( 3-5 years)

-Good communication skill

-Can work under pressure

-Familiar with office tool (excel & words).
