维修工程师-熟机械设备原理及非标改造

工作职责:
-分析坏机原因，并实施维修，减少机器停机时间；
-制定部门机器维修保养计划，并且根据计划实施保养；
-建立关键零部件的库存；
-改善机器性能，设计合理的工具以提高生产效率；
-负责部门机器的布置及搬迁；
-提供相关技术培训给技术员；
-培训生产员工相关的维护保养知识。

职位要求:
-大专及以上学历，自动化/机械相关专业；
-3年以上的相关机械维修经验，熟悉液压、气动设备原理，有非标设备改造经验优先；
-良好的英文读写说能力；
-能吃苦耐劳，能接受临时加班，抢修需要（支付加班工资）。
