JOB PURPOSE
Assists the Manager / Senior Manager in providing professional services on corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of local and international clients, including incorporating, changing filings and annual retainer services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assists the Manager / Senior Manager in providing company secretarial services to client companies in various industries;
? Handles full sets of company secretarial products professionally;
? Communicates with clients independently;
? Drafts and issue invoices, follow up debts;
? Prepares resolutions and correspondence to clients for review by manager, if necessary;
? Maintains statutory records for clients’ companies;
? Updates and maintain records/information in ViewPoint;
? Follows instructions from the Manager and other superiors.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
? Degree holder; Student member of ICSA / HKICS or above is preferred (or local equivalent);
? Minimum 4 years relevant corporate secretarial or corporate governance experience gained in professional firm/ CPA firm/law firm;
? Good knowledge of company law of P.R.C. and be familiar with foreign invested company laws, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies;
? Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage;
? Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
? Independent and able to work under pressure.
