Position Title ：Site STA/Senior Site STA(供应商技术支持/供应商质量工程师)

Location：Shanghai/Chengdu/Daqing/Zhang Jiakou/Beijing/One hub city

Main responsibilities
1. Be responsible for supplier quality assurance of suppliers located in Asia such as China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, India, etc.
2. European supplier on-site reviews to catch lessons learned and prevent potential quality risk during local project launch.
3. Work closely with buyer and PD to support supplier assessment and nomination process including risk identification
4. Evaluate and approve supplier selection in new program. Engaged in CBP(Commodity Business Plan) process.
5. Drive continuous improvements and resolution of systematic site concerns. 6. Provide site Lessons Learned to program and suppliers.
7. Drive implementation of lean deployment, differences in technologies, amount and mature of suppliers (from small green field sites to multinational huge supplier), direct contact and interact with people on site in global countries and cultures.
8. Participate in technical review with supplier
9. Lead supplier audit and development, follow up the closure of actions
10. Train and support suppliers in using and implementing required quality assurance tools
11. Approves and evaluate new and green field sites. Approval of product and process, quality and capacity, which leads to release of supplier payment for tooling. Approval of supplier PSW.
12. Interact directly with plant & quality manager.
13. Secure that global supplier base fulfils quality and capacity requirements.
14. Follow up the engineering change related to supplier process
15. Lead problem solving for customer complaint
16. Participate in the project meeting with cross function team

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or Above
2. Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, EE or related education
3. Proficiency in English, oral and written
4. Ability to solve problems in a structured manner
5. Ability to manage multiple items at the same time without loosing focus or quality
6. Have a strong holistic view and high degree of courage, Integrity and business ethics.
7. Feeling at home in an international and diverse environment
8. Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results
9. Experienced in working cross-functionally
10. Have a strong drive, leadership and ability to proactively develop and improve the supplier base.
11. Excellent technical and analytic skills with extensive experience in supplier manufacturing processes.
12. Very good communication (verbal and written) and social skills
13. Ability to travel 3-4 overnights stay per week

Experience Required：

3~5 years working experiences in well-known OEM or tier 1 supplier of automotive industry in STA (supplier quality related) area. Experienced in production/production technique, design and quality with good knowledge of BIW or Int/Ext or Chassis or PT

Competencies

1. Good knowledge how to manage STA IT and quality tools/systems/processes.
2. Good knowledge of five core tools(PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/PFMEA)
3. Knowledge of quality management system, TS16949 internal auditor is preferred
4. Work according to 6 Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies., 6 sigma green belt is preferred
5. Good knowledge and practice of GD&T
6. Good problem solving skill, good practice of 8D, 5 WHY and continue improvement
