Position Sales Manager Location Shenzhen OR Shanghai

Department Sales & Marketing Reporting to Sales Director Greater China

Job purpose

The Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the account sales strategy and to run the day-to-day business for a major account in China. This means to manage, on a daily basis, the commercial activities and FPC’s product in close co-operation with Sales Director in order to reach sales and strategic targets. Furthermore to secure FPC as market leader in the region through a professional interaction with the customer and partners.

Key responsibilities and accountability - includes but is not limited to:

- To drive sales in the responsible customer. The potential key customers will be Gionee, Coolpad, ZTE, TCL, Qiku and design houses (IDH).

- To develop new business opportunities in the account

- To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to the customer

- To establish key relationships with the customer to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue

- To identify and report on business opportunities in the customer

- To co-work with FPC’s partners, including distributors and module houses

- To support monthly forecast report and weekly tracking report for the customer

- To be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action

- To demonstrate a “can do” attitude at all times

Requirements (work experience and education)

- Bachelor of Science or above

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

- Five to ten years as responsible for the day-to-day sales or product marketing

- Experience in Sales or Product Marketing of components/systems to mobile phone OEMs

- Working in a fast moving company

- Willing to travel
