Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet
production goals, quality, and cost objectives
To assist in installation, and startup of new operation system and modified equipment as department receiver to meet the changing needs of the plant
Conduct feasibility and reliability tests to debug/verify design concepts to ensure flawless startup
Conduct equipment and process experiments and innovations to achieve operational excellence and eliminate errors
Reduce variability and improve downstream performance through process improvement initiatives and projects
Optimize and operate various production equipment
Technical analysis of various production process
Process troubleshooting
Process improvement, including EEP/ECN/PDC...
Safety, 5S, PCPD
Plant activities

Education & Experience
Manufacturing/Engineering environment experience desired
2+ years in glass, steel or machine manufacturing is preferred
Bachelor or above degree in Chemical, Material or Mechanical discipline, Mechanical is preferred

Required Skills
Strong English capability (verbal and written)
Strong Office and PC operation skills Familiar SPC tool
Experience with Six Sigma / DMAIC principles is prefer
Strong communication and execution skills
Knowledge of ISO management system & Quality assurance
Knowledge of Process trouble shooting & prevention & data-drive, and root cause finding
Continue improvement and active learning
Skillful in operation activity
International & multi-culture communication & coordination ability

Soft Skills
Excellent presentation and reporting skill
Strong ownership of achieving plant goal
Creative and with strong continuous improvement work characteristic
Work independently by him/herself and also work well within team group
