General Accountant

The position would directly report to GA Manager, below please refer to the job description:


Key performance area:
? Support business with regards to changes in GA or FA master data
? Manage and reconcile interfaces to other systems
? Prepare non rule based journal entries, period end adjustment postings and authorize rule-based journal entries
? Provide instructions on calculating allocations
? Support the Service Delivery team with intercompany transactions
? Reconcile retained GL account balances
? Provide assistance to Service Delivery Team with financial reporting
? Compile tax reports and other regulatory reports
? Implement and support the development of GA policies and rules and provide Service Provider with information (e.g. for Procedures Manual)
? Validate that internal controls are implemented and operational
? Ensure that Business Process Outsourcing Providers (BPO) procedures are kept up to date
? Key user for service provider tools

Your profile:
? Bachelor degree at least, major in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related.
? Min 3-5 years relevant work experience with specific experience in GA (incl. reporting, compliance and control), preferably from a large global company. Training experience is an asset.
? Good presentation skill and communication capability
? Good initiative on problem solving and analytical thinking
? Good application of computer and office software
? Experience on ERP system and financial system is preferred
? Good English in writing and speaking
