职位描述
? To develop the competencies framework for each position in the organization.
? To support the HR Manager in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), New Hire Orientation Program, coordinate for customized competency based in-house training, to develop e-learning content (to be published in JAS University or to be hosted in JAS CN intranet), to provide recommendation for annual L&D budget, and to coordinate for mid-year and annual performance appraisal exercise.
? To lead the development and revision of a systemized New Hire Orientation Program, including the coordination with People Managers for the ‘5 days New Hire Program’, and then to follow up on the incorporation of the New Hire by having a 1st month, 3rd month and 6th months touch point with the New Hire as well as their reporting managers.
? Engage stakeholders in a consultative collaboration manner with HR, Business and incumbents to ensure quality deliverables of various L&D programs using ADDIE Model.
? Coordinate Mid-Year and Final Year Performance Appraisal and Discussion not withstanding creating enhancement reference materials for e-learning and customized training for Target Setting and Quality Performance Discussion.
? Create and upkeep comprehensive training records of each employee.
?
