Job Summary
The Red Hat Training team is looking for a passionate and experienced Channel Sales Account Manager to join us in Beijing, China. In this role, you'll manage training partners and help them to grow the Red Hat business. We will need you to have creative and strategic planning skills to define systems and processes that will successfully carry our training services to market. This role is a great opportunity to establish relationships with partners across the region and increase Red Hat revenue.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Manage about training partners, provide support to them and help them to grow training business
Identify and generate new training opportunities from existing partners
Recruit new training partners to build a healthy partner ecosystem
Meet assigned sales quotas, grow and renew existing partners relationships, and acquire new business
Manage forecasts, close deals, record sales activity, and track partners data using company-standard CRM tools, e.g. Salesforce.com
Demonstrated success in a similar position such as managing channel partners with a proven record of achieving your goals
Demonstrated understanding of compliance issues with federal agencies and the public sector is a plus
Required Skills
Knowledge of complete sales-cycle management, from prospecting to closing
Positive outlook and a clear focus on delivering high-quality service to our partners
Ability to build long-term relationships with partners through trust and credibility
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent English communication skills, especially on the phone and in person
