负责顾问行销业务风险合规相关工作：
业务合规管理方面 Business promotion
1. 协助制订分公司制定及完善业务合规相关制度；Assist to formulate branch company to formulate and improve business compliance related system
2. 负责分公司顾问行销渠道业务合规体系的高效运转；Responsible for the efficient operation of branch consultant marketing channel business compliance system
3. 制作业务合规相关报告；Make relevant reports on business compliance
4. 调查、追踪、总结分公司顾问行销合规案件；To investigate, track and summarize the marketing compliance cases of branch companies
5. 开发合规相关课程并向业务团队进行合规培训；Develop compliance related courses and conduct compliance training to business teams

报告支持方面 Recruiting support
1. 协助部门完成相关业务报告；协Assist department to complete relevant business report
2. 其他主管交待的事宜。Other tasks assigned by line manager.

任职要求：
1. 五年以上工作经验,其中三年以上寿险工作领域企划管理经验。More than 5-years working experiences. (More than 3 years life insurance corporate planning management experiences.)
具备较强的文字写作能力。 Strong writing ability.
- 良好的沟通、协调能力。Good communication and coordination skill.
- 性格开朗、热情。Cheerful and enthusiasm
