工作内容：
1、为公司寻找、筛选投融资项目，对投融资项目实施评估、测算、分析和实施：
1)参与公司战略规划及投行业务策略的制定，协助领导统筹整体融资管理；
2)根据公司及受理项目投融资需求，完成专项投融资项目和投融资顾问服务工作；
3)领导团队进行自有项目或受理项目初步评估，协助领导项目工作组完成项目调研；
4)以受理客户的财务资信状况等融资资源和融资需求为前提，设计和提供客户化的项目融资方案并具体实施和操作；
5)与融资企业及各金融机构建立并维持密切的合作关系，拓展业务渠道；
任职要求：
1、经济、金融、法律、投资、工商管理等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、具有投资银行、证券公司或金融类投资公司1年以上相关工作经验，有国内外着名的投资银行业务机构工作经历者优先；
3、擅于开拓进取、具备比较丰富的金融机构资源、社会资源、项目储备，具有较强对外协调沟通能力；
4、具备较强文字表达能力，计算机办公熟练；
5、具有团队合作精神、人品端正、气质；
6、有注册会计师、会计师资格、律师资格、英语翻译及口语流利者优先考虑。
