The roles of the demo support engineer is the technical leader to deliver the pre-sales support in regards to the demo, road show, exhibition, field competition test for Barco ENT product, in aim to manage the projector demo support in the effective and competitive way so that to facilitate the business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fully aligned with product team and sales team, based on the product portfolio, customer requirement, competition analysis to Design and Prepare demo plan and make it successfully done for each of the demo activity.

2. According to the NPI schedule, and also the local sales strategy, make plan and proposal to build short-mid-long term demo product plan.

3. Actively study the product characteristic for the main competitor in the market, prepare and maintain the designed-technical competition plan for each of the competitor and make it well implemented for each of the demo.

4. Collect product info from competitor during the demo and competition test, feedback to product team so that to drive for product evolution.

5. Be familiar with the product Operating, Maintenance and Repair; make sure the demo equipment is always in good condition.

6. Any other customer service support that assigned by leader

7. Frequent travel is required. 60%-80%。

Requirements

Education

· University level degree in electronic engineering

· Proficiency skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Experience

· At least 5 years relevant working experience in electronic industry preferably in image display related.

· Profound knowledge of one or more of the following areas: camera, image tuning, projector, sensors, optical lens

· Hands-on experience in various optical and electronic measurement equipments

· Pro-activeness, honesty and ability to co-work with colleagues

· Good team player

· Proficient communication skills
