Main Responsibilities工作职责：

Work on various assignments (statutory & group audit and other advisory assignments)

完成法定审计、项目审计及咨询等各项任务

Assist manager/partner in defining engagement approach and working program

协助经理或合伙人制定项目的工作计划与工作方法

Act as the audit in-charge for clients to perform the briefing and lead the team to deliver the audit

领导团队进行客户的审计工作，制作并递交简要的报告

Review the works performed by junior associates and directly handle the critical audit cycles

审阅初级助理完成的工作，直接处理审计环节的主要工作

Participate in the engagement wrap-up and completion stage

参与项目收尾及报告阶段的工作

Maintain regular communication with the line manager, partner and client on issues and the progress of the engagement

与部门经理、合伙人、以及客户保持沟通，并告知其相关事务以及项目进度

Participate in junior associates' on-site coaching and assignment based evaluation

参与初级助理的现场培训及绩效考评

Qualification职位要求：
 

Minimum 3-year audit work experiences in an international or renowned local audit firm

拥有至少三年外资审计或国内知名事务所的工作经验

University in China or abroad

中国或海外大学毕业

Good oral and written English and Mandarin; and knowledge of a second foreign language (French, German, Japanese or Russia) will be a plus

具有良好的中英文口语及书写能力，掌握第二外语（法语，德语，日语，俄语）者被优先考虑（非必要条件）

Strong sense of initiative and an ability to work within a team

积极主动，具有团队合作精神

Socially confident with good diplomacy and organizational skills

自信，善于社交，具有组织及领导能力

Willingness to travel; and

接受出差

Qualification on CICPA or ACCA is a plus

具备CICPA或ACCA资质被优先考虑
