主要职责Main tasks :
In the Prodcution department, you will be under the authority of the Productiondepartment manager.You will be in charge of :
？ Dispatch the Purchase requests among the Purchasers according the workload and project status, coordination of the signing of the order to ensure on-time delivery; updated the project schedule on time;
？ Weekly collect and forward to Contract Dept Manager orders which can be inspected the following week
？ Supplier management:
Keep up-to-date the Suppliers mapping (including annual evaluation)
      Supplier sourcing and audit;
？ import and export/logistical management
？ other work be assigned

隶属于产品部，由产品部经理领导。负责：
？ 根据工作量和项目相关情况及时处理采购要求的任务分配 ,协调统筹订单的签署,确保按时交货；及时更新相关项目进度和相关信息；
？ 每周收集项目进度汇总信息给合同部经理，以便后期的检验计划安排；
？ 供应商管理：
     供应商库及相关信息的及时更新；
     新供应商的开发和评估；
？ 进出口操作和物流管理
？ 开展上级安排的其他工作。
能力和背景要求
？ 组织、计划、控制能力；
Ability of organization, plan, control
？ 至少有三年从事采购工作经验
？ At least 3 year experience in a purchase.
？ 语言表达和沟通能力,谈判能力
Good problem solving ability& Good communications skills
？ 综合分析及问题解决能力
Ability of synthesize analysis and ability of solve problem
？ 熟悉SAP系统
Familiar with SAP system
？ 有良好的适应力（能够应对多变的市场环境和国际客户群）。
Good Adaptability (Able to adapt the changes of various market environment and international customers).
？ 学历：机械类本科同等学历以上
EDUCATION: graduated from university or higher education, majored in mechanical related.
