Marketing Responsible, Beijing
Responsibilities:

? Responsible for marketing project management of trade shows and events
? Regularly maintain showroom with suitable marketing materials and efforts together with partners
? Ensure marketing events (trade shows and seminars) are organized in a professional manner
? Proactively support with generation and follow-up of sales leads for sales and service department
? Create sales presentations for new markets
? Record and report lost orders with support of sales and service team
? Continuously provide competition profiles based on in-depth research on competitors
? Archive all finance-related files (contract, payment application form, invoice, etc.)
? Order consumables for showroom and trade shows
? Responsible for office and showroom management to assure its efficiency and daily smooth operation
? Provide department cost reports on monthly basis in an accurate and timely manner
? Record and control marketing cost, ensuring the budget goals are achieved

Requirements:

? University degree in marketing or business is preferred
? 3-5 years’ working experience in marketing role with excellent coordinating and organizational skills
? Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
? Advanced time management skills and able to meet deadlines
? A good team player who can work independently with proactive and flexible attitude and with ability to perform under pressure
? Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
