Essential Job Functions:

Communicate with customers at front desk, providing related information, solution and suggestions
Receive incoming items / Returning outgoing items, documenting service cases
Basic diagnosis, repair and maintaining ARRI products
Checking and closing service cases
Service products sales front desk (extended warranty, lens care...)
Coordinate with service engineers and finance department
Ensure the professional look at the service front desk


Requirement:

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with technical background
Good command of both spoken and written English skill
Strong Communication skills
Detail orientated and willing to learn
Positive attitude and good at self-learning
Familiar with Film industry will be an advantage
