Foodservice Sales Manager(East China)

Required Profile:

Education : business school/ Food industry Engineer

Job experience: 3+ years solid sales or marketing experience in FMCG (including 2 years in China)

Knowledge: commercial environment, marketing, communication, fluent in English.

Know-how: Strong sales skills and communication skills to maintain current business and develop new business, to manage A&P activities suitable for the regions, to understanding and analysis the market, consumers’ behaviour, to work in team, to organise merchandising.

How to be: proactive, participate, cooperate, open minded, ambitious, dynamic, humble, respectful, honest, curious, reliable and sense of observation.

Key Missions:

To negotiate and develop contracts and volumes

To follow up contracts and orders

To develop new customers and the registration of the range of products

To assist the manager to the develop the Group brands

To visit tenders and understand their needs.

To work with marketing team and Foodservice team and achieve the objectives set by department manager

To manage the distributors/whole sellers in the region
