工作内容：
1. To help with contracts and other legal documents review and draft
？ ●Contracts (and policies) pre-check and drafting simple contracts, mainly focus on ecommerce related contracts and other contracts as requested
2. To help with legal disputes works
？ ●Pre-preparation of supporting documents for case need, including the documents submitted to authorites (AIC, court etc.)
？ ●Internal and external coordination and communication
？ ●Mainly focus on ecommerce customers cases and other cases as requested
3. To help with ecommerce related IPR works and anti-counterfeit works
？ ●Internal and external coordination and communication for verification works
？ ●Supporting documents pre-preparation for case need
4. To help with translation works.
？ ●Pre-translation of legal documents
？ ●Mainly focus on ecommerce projects and other projects as requested
5. To help with legal research works
？ ●Legal research and contacting different authorities for consulting purpose
？ ●Mainly focus on ecommerce projects and other projects as requested

任职要求：
1. Legal working experience in law firm and multinational company is a plus.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and concentration. Well-organized.
3. Law School Background. Master Degree is a plus.
4. National Judicial Examination Certificate
5. Excellent command of English and Chinese language skills
6. Good command of office software: Word, Excel, PPT
