Duties and responsibilities:

• HV synchronous motor mechanical installation and electrical commissioning including .

• Troubleshooting and maintenance motor.

• Technical support to sales, PM team for technical proposal, making maintenance plans.

• To prepare service reports for the service to the customers and internal records.

• Responsible for site requirement, provide prompt technical support.

• Maintain good communication and relationship with the customer, understand the customer’s demanding, to execute the service contract.

• Training customer regarding operation、maintenance and spare parts knowledge.

• Provide technical and commercial solution to meet the customer’s requirement, follow up the service contract.

• Good cooperation within the team to accomplish the service task.

• Other jobs assigned by service manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree on electrical engineering, power system automation or related majors is required.

• At least 3 years field experience of installation/maintenance/troubleshooting to motor and excitation panel.

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, written and spoken

• Have sales experience is an advantage

• Experience on motor product manufacture, maintenance is an advantage

• Frequent traveling in region, O/T work at request, team work oriented, ability to work independently, good communication skill in verbal and writing
