Major Responsibilities:
1> Be the customer’s key contact and interface for all quality related aspects and fully responsible for handling customer quality complaints.
2> Act as focal point for all quality related customer communications (internally and externally)
3> Work with customers to verify and understand customer preference, Address customer issues and update customers in a timely manner regarding to the status of the quality issues or enquires
4> Provide feedback to internal team regarding to customers demand on quality standard, expectation on product quality, and drive for continuous improvements Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers.
5> Handling customer complaints(0 km and warranty), ensure customer complaints are reported and taken Containment actions in timely. Organize the internal departments to analysis and solve customer complaints. Lead 8D activity to ensure good root cause analysis and take corrective / preventive actions , Carry out verification of effectiveness of actions , provide 8D report to customer time
6> Lead customer(and CQC,CCC) plant audit or visit, according to customer requirements, coordinate the internal department to prepare the related information and production schedule , follow up customer finding and ensure the finding can be closed in timely
7> Responsible for establishing good communication and cooperation with customers, timely and actively feedback information, continuously improvement of the quality level in order to exceed customer expectations. Actively and quickly handle customer complaints, the management statistical analysis of the customer quality data for and continuous improvement
8> According to customer complaints situation to take containment action ,such as onsite support , sorting , confirm for customer return part etc.
9> Other tasks assigned by superior manager
Requirements:
1. College Degree or above in mechanical or electronics engineering
2. Minimum 5 years customer quality working experience, experienced in lighting field is a plus.
3. Be familiar with TS/QS system and quality tools including PPAP, APQP, SPC, FMEA, CP, MSA, 8D process etc.
4. Be knowledgeable in problem solving process as well as general quality tools application.
5. Strong problem solving skill. Be able to find root cause and drive for improvement.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Experience in SAP is preferred.
