Mission Statement
Fully responsible for Heavy Lift Control Tower shipping planning

Main Accountabilities
？ Communicate with LBU PMs and the customers to make clear delivery schedule Communicate with local HL members to follow up transformers’ status
？ Arrange the road checking and review the road checking report
？ Work with LBU PMs and local HL members to solve the road condition issue.
？ Work with local HL members to fix the transportation method
？ Arrange PGTR overall shipment schedule
？ Inform the forwarders of the picking up
？ Work with LBU/local HL members to solve any transportation issue before cargo EXW.
？ Work with commercial guys to fix bidding document.
？ Work with local HL members to improve forwarders’ performance(safety/quality)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
？ College degree or above
？ Excellent communication skill with patience
？ More than 5 years heavy lift experience or transformer experience
？ Transformer’s design/manufacturing experience is preferred
？ Good knowledge of MS office
？

？ Responsible & able to work under pressure
？ Self motivated, detail orientated
