Title: HR Supervisor – C&B
Report to : Senior HR & Admin Manager
Job Description:
This position is responsible for the China Head Office and Retail Operations division of Lafayette 148 New York in the areas of Compensation & Rewards, Performance Management issues as well as Office Management functions. this is a unique opportunity to partner with senior management as to initiate lots of best practice in a growing business within the fashion industry. Specific responsibilities will include:

? Monitor and manage C&B function daily operation; Maintain and improve payroll system
? Maintain & update insurance practice according to company policy
? Communicate with employees and answer their queries about compensation and benefits
? Responsible for preparing of monthly C&B related reports (payroll, overtime, labor cost, annual leave and turnover, etc.) with analysis insights
? Prepare data and participate in salary market study and survey, to benchmark the local market trend; Provide insights and recommendations based on survey result
? Assist to propose company’s C&B strategy aligned with business growth needs
? Partner with fields team to draw up the proper incentive plan align with business needs
? Drive employee performance evaluation and target setting procedure effectively
? Develop variety of templates and samples of performance management tools
? Develop C&B related policy and assist with certain training program
? Liaise with foreigners working permission/visa and other related works
? Liaise with HR outsourcing agencies
? Conduct with possible labor issue where there is necessary
? Perform other HR related projects as assigned

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? At least 3-5 years C&B experience or HR generalist experience
? Retail/fashion industry experience will be highly appreciated
? High sense of confidentiality, responsibility and the accountability
? Familiar with all kinds of C&B related policy and PRC labor laws
? Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
? Knowledge of labor market for China Mainland
? Excellence in Excel skills is a MUST
? Experience in team management is preferred
? Good interpersonal and communication skills, can communicate effectively with all levels of people
? Straight forward and honest, hands-on and down-to-earth
? Eager to learn and grow, hard-working with proactive working style
? Good written and spoken English

在时尚行业摸爬滚打超过十多年，Emily Smith开始担纲LAFAYETTE 148 NEW YORK 创意总监一职。品牌设计室坐落于时尚之都，纽约。在这里，Emily带领国际设计团队，将激荡的灵感幻化为曼妙成衣。她兼顾设计创意与销售目标，接受来自顾客的直接反馈，用设计去回应她们的真实需要。从流行趋势的精准预测，到摩登设计，以及涵盖成衣与配饰（包含项链与鞋履）的概念手绘，她成为了实现艺术概念与现实所需的平衡大师。Emily定期游历欧洲，探索意大利与苏格兰的***面料。每年，她都会花超过4个月的时间在汕头与技艺娴熟的工匠们通力合作，共同呈现至臻细节，并借此阐述设计的完整内涵与意义。

在Savannah college of Art and Design (莎凡娜艺术设计学院) 获得时尚设计的学士学位之后，Emily在Eskandar与Bill Blass的设计工作室继续进行设计深造与积累，此后，她获得了Nautica的设计职位。2002年，Emily进入LAFAYETTE 148 NEW YORK，成为Edward Wilkerson的设计助理。经历资深设计团队总监，设计室主管等不同职位的历练，Emily对于技术设计与版型制作早已驾轻就熟，更深谙概念速写，同时，笃信成衣设计的关键，在于内外一致的美感。
