- Follow up with each shipment and custom clearance;
- Supervise vendor to make sure the content and payment amount are concrete;
- Work closely with other functions regarding goods arrival/payment/compliance, etc.;
- Support special project / event with goods transfer;
- Support stock take regularly;
- Reports handling and voice out for any special case;
Requirements:
- Bachelor above with major in Logistics;
- Experience in related field is preferred, but not a must;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
- Proficient in computer;
- Detail and result - oriented;
- Team player with service mindset;
