职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 结合公司、项目目标，制定教学产品质量监控体系和标准，制定质量监控方式和计划
2. 根据教学产品，教学培训所制定出的监控计划，监控教学质量，抽查教研结果及教练员培训成果
3. 根据项目情况及公司预期，设计并制定教练员职级框架及相应考核标准，并推进实施
4. 根据设计的教学产品及培训产品，确保各运营中心按照所制定标准严格执行
5. 收集并跟进教学产品，教练员，以及各类反馈，连通部门内部及整个项目
6. 根据产品质量监控结果及反馈，对接教学研发、教学产品、培训工作业务线，并参与整体产品迭代审计方案研讨
 
任职要求：
1. 体育相关院校运动训练、体育教育相关专业本科生毕业，有高水平篮球运动经验可从优
2. 三年及三年以上篮球运动职教经验，良好形象，有教师，教练员团队管理经验从优
3. 英语CET4以上，良好口语交流能力，拥有较强英文文档撰写/翻译能力
4. 对于业态内情况有足够了解，对于篮球运动有深刻的认知
5. 熟悉教练员工作职责，对于教练员定位把控准确，有良好教练员招募渠道，体育圈人脉
6. 有较强的业务推进能力，独立解决问题及组织沟通协作能力，并能适应中长期出差工作
