Job Summary
The Red Hat Technical Training team in Beijing, China is looking for a Learning and Development Instructor to join us. In this role, you'll deliver training programs and certifications to our clients for our platform products, including cloud and storage. You will need excellent communication skills and experience in Red Hat technical trainings. This is a great opportunity to make an impact at the world's leading open source technology company.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Facilitate Red Hat certification exams
Guide discussions with customers to scope training needs
Coordinate with the Consulting team for consulting engagements
Assist the Training Services Sales team in sales initiatives to grow the training business
Build and deliver customized courses
Participate in internal projects and pilots as needed to ensure offerings are effective prior to wide-scale general availability
Assist in upskill of partner Instructors by running T3 programs
Delivery of Seminars/Workshops

Required Skills
Solid background in Linux or UNIX system administration and deployment for atleast 4+ years
2+ Years of teaching experience
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout the organization
Exceptional course facilitation and management skills
Willingness to travel up to 60%
Initiative, team-oriented with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
 
Fluent English and Mandarin Language skills with solid writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work both on your own and as a member of a collaborative team
The following are considered as a plus:
                    Experience in software development
                    Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA), or additional 
                         certifications toward higher RHCE levels
                    Knowledge of additional cloud technologies, e.g. VMware, Citrix, Amazon Web Services 
                         (AWS), or Microsoft Azure
