Tasks /Area of Responsibility

  1. Local administration and support for standard purchasing processes and systems.

  2. Local purchasing process design, validation, implementation and roll out

  3. Building of knowledge and expertise in processes and systems for local purchasing staff.

  4. Training of local purchasing staff

  5. Accompanying implementation of new or adjusted processes and systems.

  6. Gathering of local specifics and arrangement of system/ process adjustments

  7. Monitoring of processes and systems

  8. Failure reporting and correction

  9. Tracking and monitoring of Purchasing Process/ Purchasing KPIs

  10. Issue regular reports to China purchasing functions





Job Profile / Requirements

Good knowledge of business processes,



Good knowledge of Excel & PPT



High motivation and good team work with an international team



Knowledge of automotive field
