职位描述：
With the opening of the first INNONATION station just around the corner, we are looking to hire a Space Manager that will manage site operations and processes. The role requires extensive management experience, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to lead team processes. The Space Manager will be responsible for site operations and maintenance, logistics coordination, staff onboarding, and more. Familiarity with the local innovation ecosystem is a plus.

The position is based in Beijing.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the INNONATION facilities in Beijing
Lead recruiting process of the operational team & handle onboarding of new space employees
Establish operational guidelines and standards that will serve as benchmark for future INNONATION stations
Generate leads for the INNONATION station & ensure that high occupancy rate is maintained at the space
Seek out and manage interaction with relevant suppliers and logistics providers
Ensure maintenance and upkeep of space
Measure space performance relative to pre-established KPI's

Requirements:
Relevant academic degree
5+ years experience in operational or facilities management
Proven track record in leading diverse 4+ person teams
Experience working in an international setting
Familiarity with the innovation ecosystem (a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
