Strategic Planning
? Conduct market research on the retail landscapes of Mainland China, analyze and compile market data with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to generate executive level reports.
? Support the team in formulating a strategic regional business development plan

Business Development Support
? Support the team to identify potential new opportunities in line with the strategic plan and gather related supporting information
? Maintain and update weekly and monthly reports including the real estate pipeline tracker, progress reports of special projects etc.
? Prepare high quality presentation materials for new opportunities for regional and headquarters approvals.
? To assist in the day-to-day administration of the Real Estate team by reviewing lease offer and tenancy agreement, as well as setting up internal and external meetings

Lease Administration & Negotiation
? Monitor the lease expiry and renewal pipeline, evaluate existing stores’ financial performance to recommend renewal or closure of existing stores
? Prepare quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendations for renewal, relocation or closure for regional and headquarters approval
? Handle renewal negotiation and tenancy agreement negotiation independently
? Liaise and negotiate with landlords on brand mix and leasing conditions, arrange payments and handover to ensure completing the end-to-end deal process
? Liaise with Finance and construction team to build P&L and fit-out schedules
? Liaise with Legal to review and finalize contractual agreements
? Systematically keep track and circulate all the executed agreements and lease particulars to headquarters for real-time updates on the global lease database.
? Require to deal with Ad-hoc tasks
? Require to travel if and when necessary
