Position overview:
The Sales Support supports the Commercial Sales team in their communication with partners and clients. This includes contract preparation, fapiao confirmation, and marketing communications. A successful Sales Support proactively manages their responsibilities so that revenue generation and payment collection is not held up by procedural issues.

Responsibilities:
- Assists Sales team throughout all stages of customer management process: customer setup, quote creation, contract creation, and fapiao follow-up
- Coordinates sales effort with functional teams (Consulting, Engineering & Monitoring), as well as Operations, Finance, and Marketing
- Assist local Accounts Director for special ad hoc projects outside of the above responsibilities
- Supports a Sales team less than 5 people or 30 Million revenue

Requirements:
- Initiative and independent thought
- Excellent multi-tasking &organizational skills with the ability in problem-solving
- Business management or environmental/chemistry background with prior work experience
- Must be fluent in Chinese (oral & written)
- Must be able to speak/read English, but strong written English is priority
- Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Work hours:
- Working hours are typically from 0930-1830
