Position Overview
The Human Resources Generalist will perform a full range of administrative HR responsibilities to support HR manager. This role will include administrative for full spectum of HR systems, Staffing, C & B and HR projects.
Responsibilities
Communication
- Execute all new hire communication by managing offer, contract process,
- Manage and deliver VISA application project (new application and renewal)
- Maintain high quality HR service to expatriate by responding oversea logistic questions
New hire / Leavers Process
- Manage the process of creating, inactivating account in PHR system
- Review the process of new hire and leavers paperwork
- Conduct the onboard orientation, explain EE benefits and HR policies
- Conduct the Exit Interview, analyse the survey data
Payroll
- Initial payroll changes form with restrict timely manner (new joiner, Termination, Other changes)
- Perform monthly payrol report verification
- Consolidate annual compensation and benefit review
- Develop EE income analysis report as needed
- Leave and attendance management
HR Administration
- Track and analyze the data of HC and Attrition
- Produce quarterly HR report by consolidating data and survey feedback
HR Projects
- Work with the Asia HR manager, execution or rollout the company or local or global HR projects as needed
Skills
To be successful in this role you should have:
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally
Ability to demonstrate integrity, confidentiality & professionalism
Ability to self-manage, work in a team environment and demonstrate results
Excellent skills at Excel and PPT
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to client services
Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential
Proven skills for multi-tasking, presentation and status reporting skills
Strong motivation and flexibility
Qualifications
5 years above working experince in MNS
1 years above experience working within an HR generalist role
C & B experience is a bonus
Hold an undergraduate degree
