Our group client was created in China in 2012, between a world leader with a strong presence in Asia and a company with 20 years’ experience in shop fitting industry in Europe.
One goal: To provide the best counters and a perfect service to all of their clients in each market.
With high Quality of product and services, they have now more than 20 luxury brand customers, and their sales are still expanded worldwide. Our company client is able to give quick services and solutions to clients’ needs all over Asia. They cover all China market with their own installation team and have Project manager located in the key city. They are able to quick export all over the world, from a furniture to a Flagship, door to door services, importing, packaging system with tracking number, delivery and warehousing services.

Responsibility
Our company client is looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Kunshan, to manage organization of key client projects in China.
Key Account Manager responsibilities include developing new clients in order to deliver projects on time within budget and scope. Key Account Manager should have a background in business skills, management, technical background in Furniture and installation is a must.
Responsibilities
?  Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
?  Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
?  Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
?  Ensure resource availability and allocation
?  Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
?  Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
?  Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
?  Report and escalate to management as needed
?  Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
?  Perform risk management to minimize project risks
?  Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
?  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirement
? Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Shop Fitting or engineering for technical project managers
?  Proven working experience as a project administrator in the Shop Fitting sector
?  Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Furniture development and installation
?  Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
?  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
?  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
?  Fluent in Mandarin / English
