职位描述：

Job Objective工作目标:

- Develop the employee communications channel and messages to ensure employees are clearly informed on business strategies and activities, and promote the employee’ satisfaction and engagement.

- Operate the training system to ensure the people development

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

- Handle the training administrative, including training session organization, on-site coordination etc.

- Manage the training data, and complete the monthly report

- Manage the e-learning training system to ensure all concerned person to be developed as required

- Set up the effective and engaging two-way communications between employees and employer, including weekly TV news, monthly newsletter, publications, employee satisfaction survey etc.

- Collect the employee opinion feedback, and facilitate the following improvement

- Complete other projects/tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements工作要求

- Education学历: Bachelor Degree or above. Majored in Journalism, Chinese, Advertising, English is preferred.

- Language语言: Proficient in oral and written English, CET-4 or above

- Computer skill计算机技能: Excellence in Powerpoint, Word and Excel;

- Work experience工作经验:

1-2 years experiences in PR\Media, internal communication, HR or other related working experience.

- Others to be specified其他:

Good translation skill

Strong coordination and organization skill

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Creative, active and initiative

Quick learner

Can work under pressure
