Job Title职位: PO FP Distribution Administrator

Dispatch products to customers according to sales orders in compliance with C GMP, valid SOPs and HSE guidelines and regulations..
Principal Job Objectives
? Handle FP inventory 控制成品库存
? Ensure the dispatch of the FG according to the dispatch order依照订单发货
? Ensure , that all activities , material handling, and movements are according to cGMP, HSE guidelines and valid SOPs。 遵守cGMP, HSE guidelines and valid SOPs的规定
? Most time Working place is at external warehouse 主要在三方库房工作
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )

Principal Tasks
? Receiving sales order from sales administration through the SAP system通过SAP系统 从销售行政接收销售订单
? Prepare dispatch document, pick slip, delivery note, shipping label and the quality certificate准备发货的文件
? Coordinate with the third party warehouse and logistic provider, to arrange the transportation协调三方库房和运输商安排成品转运
? SAP processing on FP receiving and distribution. 在SAP系统中收发成品
? Supervise and improve the dispatch process改进发货流程
? Lead the regular counting of FG stock and make sure the inventory accuracy指导盘点确保库存准确率
? Prepare and distribute delivery labels.准备发货标签
? Implement the track & trace project 执行监管码项目
? Report issue and deviation on time to the relevant function及时反映问题和偏差
? Provide input for process improvement参与流程的持续改进
? Comply with Corporate Citizenship Standards遵守公司企业公民的规定
? Comply with cGMP, GSP

Education: High education , diploma大专
教育

Languages: basic in English ,read and write基础英语，读写
语言

Experience: 2 years experience in SCM/Logistic/warehouse in preferably pharmaceutical or food industry
Skills and Knowledge: 两年医药或食品行业的物流或库房工作经验

Basic understanding of SAP, especially WM modules
basic understanding of warehouse and inventory management
Basic knowledge of MS-office
Good knowledge of cGMP and HSE

Basic understanding of SAP,基本了解SAP知识
