Role Purpose
? To drive sales and conversions for an Australian based medical client.
? To maintain relationships with key distribution partners across China.
? To develop new business communications, prepare quotations and proposals, and strive to win contracts.
? To provide professional support to the CEO as a member of the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
? Executing effective sales strategies across China.
? Prospecting and targeting sales leads.
? Managing pricing/profitability strategies to assure success while maintaining company profitability.
? Leading / participating in sales presentation/negotiations.
? Active member of Business Development / Sales Leadership.
? Fostering positive relationships with the Company’s internal departments and external suppliers/partners regarding meeting and exceeding client needs.
? Developing and maintaining all pertinent records and ad hoc reports for management review and decision making.
? Assist with managing the database of international wholesalers, inbound operators and international travel agents.
? Management of special projects as and when required.
? Represent the company during networking events such as trade conferences, etc
? Involvement in and contribution to overall Company success
Preferred Candidate
? Experienced Business Development and Sales Leader.
? Experienced selling a medical or tourism product or similar/related.
? A proven track record of winning and obtaining new clients.
? Corporate, consultative and dynamic sales style.
? Demonstrable excellence in new business development, consultative selling, presentation and leadership skills.
? A thorough understanding of sales techniques
? Networking, communication, and influencing skills are polished to the highest level
? Capable of researching and generating new business leads
? Great teamwork and relationship building skills
? Strong analysis and decision-making skills
? Creative with problem-solving skills
? Financially competent and commercially aware
? Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
