Description

-Responsibilities

-Coordinates and leads the activities of internal and external project implementation

-Understanding NB ODM supply chain end to end operation process, find the enhancement opportunity and re-engineer the process, set up and kick off the project, and process the implementation

-Communicates NB SC process to each related stakeholder, including NB SC internal manager, each region, ODM, forwarder and so on.

-Represents CQ project team to communicate with top management team to show project plan, align and seek the support.

-Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent

-Minimum 3-5 years experience on supply chain operation

-Minimum 4-6 years project experience

-PMP certification is preferred

-Green belt is preferred, black belt is the best

Knowledge and Skills

-Mastery in English and local language.

-Excellent understanding of materials & distribution processes and functional contribution to business.

-Excellent IT knowledge and skills (e.g., SAP and MS Office Suite).

-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

-Excellent communication skills (e.g. external interactions qualities, negotiation skills and effective presentation skills).

-Strong business acumen; good contract/compliance understanding and vendor management skills

-Excellent project management skills.

-Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma

Ability to effectively communicate project idea & process and negotiate options at management levels.
