任职要求：

- University education background

- Organized and detailed oriented

- Balanced and positive personality

- High level of English (and of Mandarin for a foreign candidate)

- Experience in Project Management or/and as a Team Leader

- Available to travel and spend time in China and abroad

- Interested in a healthy lifestyle

- Experience in the Consumer Goods Sector, and/or in the Healthy Food Industry, will be highly valued but not considered indispensable

岗位职责：

- Study and analyze a similar Market Research, and its related Business Plan, done by the Company in two Cities (one in Europe and the other one in Asia)

- Search for articles in Chinese Newspapers (including those in English language, such as China Daily, Shanghai Daily, Global Times, etc.) and from any other sources, related to the product of the Company

- Get all legal information about: a) time for setting up the Company– b) procedure and time for getting the business license to open the first Unit. Connect and cooperate with the Company’s Legal Counsels

- Spend one or two weeks in Europe with the European Team, to get information and know-how about the Company business

- Set up and coordinate a temporary Office in Shanghai for the legal registration of the Company

- In due time, collaborate to the opening of the first Operational Unit
