职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 制定公司相关的品牌战略，擅长市场定位及推广策略制定与落实；
2.负责公司网站、微信公众号的整体运营，完善定位、风格设计，确立定位与发展方向；
3.负责公司整体推广与宣传，并进行相关平台的对外合作、媒体合作、品牌推广等相关活动组织与策划；
4. 能有效的进行媒体关系管理，善于沟通，有房地产行业相关工作经验者优先。

任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，三年及以上品牌市场营销或公关策划类工作经验；
2. 具有较强的逻辑思维、沟通能力、文案撰写能力及独立项目策划能力；
3. 英语听说读写流利，熟练使用PPT、EXCEL、PS等办公软件；
4. 需有相关媒介渠道的资源。
