职位描述：

Position: Business Development Specialist

Location: Shanghai

Reporting to: System Business Sales Manager

Goals/Mission

• Increase ABB market share and market awareness in the target industry(Data Center);

• To achieve the specific sales target in responsible areas;

• To establish/maintain close and sustainable relationship with the regional level customers of existing & potential key accounts;

• Build up a deeper understanding of the total process of the potential key accounts including their business

• Development, organization, bid tendering, and management, requirements of product and customer services.

• Role requires development and implementation of territory selling strategies to secure sales growth consistent with company business and annual operation plan.

Education
College degree or above major in Industry Automation/Software or relevant

Knowledge/Languages

• Account management (includes account plan and strategy)

• Fluent oral English is preferred

• Automation or industrial software knowledge

• Market analysis skill.

Experience

• Min 5-8 years industry sales experience, At least 3 years in Data Center.

Experience with foreign company is preferred.
