岗位： 高级电气工程师

上岗时间：2014年05月起


工作描述：
1. 对建筑项目设计提供专业建议
2. 就建筑项目中的相应专业进行施工监理
3. 对现场进行记录、完成监理日志
4. 与业主、合作单位协调
5. 配合德国工程师与业主、合作单位进行沟通

要求：
1. 相关专业方向本科以上学历毕业；
2. 英语熟练者优先；
3. 五年以上的相关工作经验；
4. 正直、有责任心、协调和沟通能力强，具备团队精神。

Responsibilities:
- support senior PM and head of the office Shanghai
- preparing basic planning and construction schedule
- support client in meetings with government and negotiations
- coordination with Local Design Institute (sub-contracted)
  - supervising and coordinating approval procedures with government and institutions (e.g. fire department)
- tendering procedure: procurement process, pre-qualification of contractors, agreement on contractor short list, compiling all tender documents, invitation for tender, tender interviews, technical and commercial analysis, final negotiations,
- supervising procurement phase including pre-qualification of contractors, contractor short list, tender interviews and negotiation, technical and commercial analysis, preparing tender report for client’s final decision making, contract award, supervise preparation of contract documents
- organize and check sample board and contractor’s material samples
- supervise contractors for mock ups for quality check (material and execution)
- supervise the general contractor including his complete contracted tasks
- Construction schedule with follow up, monitoring system, milestones
- propose solutions for construction schedule delays
- report for construction status
- regular reports to client about schedule, cost follow up, construction site health and safety measurements, suggest solutions for deficits and follow up
- regular reports for construction quality and compliance with design, contracted materials and facilities and execution quality, compliance with safety and solutions for construction problems
- chairing site coordination meetings with all parties with meeting minutes
- Change Order Management including review for quality, cost (incl. negotiation), correctness and manage change totals and amounts
- collect facility and machine manuals and warranties
- review contractor’s invoices
- check contractor’s reports and permits to authorities
- coordination with licenced site supervision company
- checking contractor’s as-built-drawings

Requirements:
- Diploma/ Master Degree or comparable in MEP Engineering
- 5- 10 years post-qualification experience in MEP design for buildings
- working experience in international companies
- experience in MEP design for mid-size and large buildings
- experience in quality control for MEP for mid-size and large buildings
- excellent communication and organization skills, highly responsibility and team spirit
- fluent in written and spoken English. Chinese or German will be an advantage.
