Location: Shanghai/Beijing
Report to: SSO Service Director
Responsibilities:
? Align with SSO Greater China strategy and setup SSO China service sales strategy as we as setting proper annual target for each sales member; cooperate with HR to design and implement the incentive plan.
? Meet the SSO sales forecast
o Sell contracts to provide Multi-Vendor (MVS) calibration services to China customers
o Renew existing service contracts through a OEM sales team.
o Sell new service (repair and calibration) contracts to customers who do not have such contracts, as their warranty expires on their systems.
? Lead and Manage a team of SSO China Sales and Marketing staff
o An OEM team of three staff who work primarily from their desk, calling customers and get purchase orders, and follow up to ensure invoicing takes place.
o An MVS Sales team of three staff who visit customers, make proposal, get purchase orders, and follow up to ensure invoicing takes place.
o A Service Marketing staff to develop, coordinate and communicate service marketing content to help drive the growth of service contracts, responsible for business analysis, KPI reporting, service concept development, and coordination with corporate Marcom groups and provide necessary support for service account managers for China business

? Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts of Service business in China.
? Manage the CRM system to manage the sales funnel using Sales force.com.
? Work with the Instrument sales force to identify existing Tektronix, Keithley and Fluke customers who could be customers for the MVS sales proposition.
? Provide Monthly reports on sales activity.
? Manage the in-direct service sales channel and develop new sales channel.
? Manage the VIP and global account to meet the sales target as well as their customer satisfaction.
? Liaise with Tektronix International colleagues, in order to meet customers where we do business in the US or in Europe, who also have operations in China that we can support.
? Put in place lead generating activity.
? Provide support for marketing activity as required.
? Cooperate with service operation to provide outstanding customer experiences.
Requirement:
? Experienced manager of a sales team
? Experience selling complex technology or service solutions to major companies.
? Experience using a CRM system, to manage a sales funnel.
? Excellent customer presentation skills
? Experience working for an International company.
? Customer responsiveness
? Ability to communicate the Value proposition of the Tektronix sales offering.
? Good written and spoken English language skills are a requirement.
