职位描述：
A professional at this position level has the following responsibilities:
> Strategies, design and manage the execution of effective test frameworks (including plans, processes, etc.) for software application, using industry best practices and methodologies
> Being the point of contact between project team, department and development team, for all test activities,
> Leads, coordinates and coaches project teams regarding test case design, test procedure, test execution, test review use of test tools , test automation, load and performance tests etc.
> Defines / selects test-KPIs for project reporting
> Assists in the formulation of requirements with the aim of both functional and non-functional requirements
> Evaluates and implements the appropriate tools and assets for the testing process
> Performs defect management (tracking, dispatching, analyzing, reporting)
> Identifies risks of test plan and test management for implementing the countermeasures
> Escalates of all test-relevant topics as well as participates in conflict resolution in the test environment
 
> Requirements
> Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
> At least 6 years of working experience in software application testing, with 3 years in leadership responsibilities in testing large IT projects
> Should be proficient in Business Analysis, testing techniques, testing management, software architecture, technical solution design and quality management
> Have experience for managing both automation and manual testing
> Experienced in test management tools (e.g. Squash TM,JIRA, Mantis)
> proficient in Mandarin would have added advantages
> Strong documentation, people and communication skills
> Experience working on web, SaaS, and multi-tier web service applications
> Strong understanding of software engineering and SDLC methodologies
> Ability to quickly understand and gain domain expertise in highly complex applications and architectures.
Other comments:
> Candidate should be responsible on the quality of the deliverables provided by Netinfo and ensure smooth UAT and GO Live.

The candidate should have experience in deploying large complex multi media Huawei solution
