1.本科以上学历，五年以上采购主管经验。
Bachelor Degree or above it, More than five years management experience related to procurement.
2.熟悉供应商开发流程及物料采购流程，对采购管理有较深刻的理解。
Familiar with the supplier and material purchase processes, have the profound understanding to procurement management.
3.熟悉合同法，对各项合同条款有较深刻的认识，擅长运用采购合同降低采购风险;
Familiar with the law of contract, and good understanding to each terms, Excels to reduce the purchase risk using the purchase contract;
4.熟悉ERP系统，对销售、生管、物控、仓管、财务等采购周边系统有较清楚的认识。
Familiar with ERP system, good knowledge sells, material control，logistics，and finance.
5.具有较强的抗压能力与管理能力，擅长管理提升采购团队。
Strong resistant to compression ability and the managed capacity, be skilled in improve the purchase term.
6.具有较强的沟通协调能力，善于处理与周边部门之关系。
Strong communication coordinated ability,be good at dealing with team relations.
7.熟悉注塑成形、挤出成形、吸塑成形、钣金加工、LED SMT、丝印、移印、铝件镀铬、塑料喷漆、塑料电镀等工艺;
Familiar injection molding, extrusion, Capsule, metal plate, LED SMT, the silk-srceen, move to India, the aluminum chrome-plating, the plastic etc.
8.能熟练运用英语进行书面与口头之交流。
Good command of spoken and written English.
