职位描述：

CMF Engineer, K&B Group

BASIC FUNCTION
Expand our technique and processing knowledge within scope of CMF (color, material and finish) and deliver new features to increase our products performance, aesthetic appeal, and functionality

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage knowledge and tread on KOHLER and competitors products regarding CMF
- Regular scouting for new technologies in areas, e.g. coating and surface treatment
- Perform and coordinate related tests
- Lead or be actively involved in AD projects related to new functional surface area
- Cooperate with NPD and ID to deliver new features to product

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Internal:
AD: work together with other colleagues in AD for various topics
ID: work closely for new CMF applications on product
NPD: laborotary tests, project internal coordination, project outcome delivery,
MK: requirements clarification, design improvement

External
Supplier: new technology scouting and cooperation
Institute: certificate test

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above, material science or engineering related
- 5+ years working experience in coating/painting/surface treatment
- Experience in project leading or technical coordination required
- Open mind, good team work, willingness to challenge for better
