职位描述：
Maintenance Engineer’s are responsible for carrying out all scheduled and unscheduled tasks relating to Emergency breakdown, preventative and planned maintenance requirements using his skills and experience to ensure the company’s production requirements are met with the minimum of machine/facility downtime
1) Completion of maintenance tasks
2) Spare parts and services
3) Stock control
4) Continuous Improvement
5) Health & Safety
6) Budget control
7) Forward planning of essential maintenance work

Ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed to satisfactory standards. Maintenance tasks could include:
- building maintenance
- electrical
- mechanical
- welding
- machining
- making specialised parts for the production line
 Purchasing spare parts and service, including sourcing suppliers, cost analysis.
 
Ensuring continuous improvement and cost reduction of activities.
Availability to be on site when the production line is not running to carry out essential maintenance tasks.
Ability to work at heights, ie, roof maintenance, rack maintenance, lights, etc.
Control of budget for maintenance department
Knowledge of modern maintenance techniques, Kaizen, Electricity, Pneumatics, Health & Safety, PLC Programming and fault finding and mechanical work, welding, machine tools, jigs and fixtures.
Exposure to modern maintenance techniques and procedures such as Total Preventative Maintenance and Condition Monitoring.

任职要求：
Higher Level Education
5 years maintenance experience
NVQ II minimum / degree level desirable
