职位描述：
任职资格：
1、两年以上.NET系统开发经验，具有独立完成管理系统需求分析、设计和开发实施经验者为佳。
2、精通C#、WebService、JavaScript、JQuery，熟练掌握IIS配置和管理。
3、熟练掌握Oracle数据库编程，良好的数据库分析和程序设计能力，具有良好规范的文档和编程习惯。
4、精通C/S WINFORM编程，熟悉B/S ASP.NET开发。
5、学习能力优秀，思维敏捷、理解和沟通能力好，团队协作能力强，优先考虑；
6、熟悉铁路财务等相关业务或有铁路服务背景者优先。
