Your tasks:
Do you enjoy working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, while being part of an international organization providing several development opportunities? Then a position as a Commercial Assistant (m/f) in the special field of tender preparation may interest you. Due to the increasing demand for our services, we are looking for a person with technical flair and preferably with experience within the automotive sector to join our IAV team in Shanghai. Main areas of your work are:
- Creation of offers for national and international customers
- Calculation of offers based on internal guidelines
- Advice and support of the departments during the offer preparation
- Quality assurance of the offer documents
- Optimizing the quoting process based on PMO-tasks
- Support of internal project controlling

Your skills:
- Successfully completed training in the commercial sector or a successful Bachelor's degree in German
- Command of German skills in writing, reading and speaking is a must
- Professional experience in an industrial company in the field of sales administration is a great advantge
- Experienced handling of the MS Office package
- Knowledge of Chinese language in writing, reading and speaking
- Good knowledge of the English language is a beneficial
- Strong service mentality as well as very good numerical understanding
- High self-initiative, resilience and the ability to communicate purposefully
