职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage accounting team for full spectrum of finance and accounting matters of the group
2. Periodic financial report, management report and analysis, forecasting & budgeting as well as KPI tracking on business performance for management review.
3. Work closely with business units in risk management, review and highlight significant operational risk and opportunities, provide professional and constructive advice to the management
4. Drive business process alignment and improvement through change management
5. Implement & enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles, internal control, coordinate and work with regional finance teams closely
6. Assist senior management in any ad hoc projects including feasibility studies, business planning, financial evaluations and management controls etc.
7. Liaise with external auditors, taxation consultant and other internal departments
 
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline, Qualified CPA.
2. Minimum 8 years in corporate finance with at least 2 years in a senior manager role.
3. Good team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests.
4. Excellent people management and leadership skills.
5. Capable of working independently in a high pace environment with competing deadlines.
6. Desire to drive efficiency, process improvement, and to enhance understanding of business drivers.
7. Experience in SAP ERP and system implementation and Business Object is an added advantage.
